During his time as Senior Executive Producer at Univision, Daniel Godoy assumed the responsibility of producing and directing the opening for the Latin Grammy Awards, sponsored by Heineken. Featuring Reggaeton sensation Daddy Yankee, the concept was ideated and directed by Daniel. Filmed on a Las Vegas rooftop and later in a high roller suite, the production spanned for a continuous 27 hour of filming. The footage was subsequently edited just in time to air as the opening for The Latin Grammys.
